The Central Election Commission of Russia has concluded the acceptance of documents from independent candidates for the State Duma elections. In accordance with self-nomination procedures, 80 candidates were nominated for the State Duma; Nikolai Bulayev, Deputy Head of the CEC, stated that the document collection process for independent candidates participating in these elections is now complete.
