Prosecutors are requesting the seizure of 8 million shares of Rusagro from Mozhkovich's sister and nephew. The prosecution asks to convert into state revenue 5.7 million ordinary shares with a nominal value of 2.5 rubles held by Mozhkovich's sister, Yulia Tribunkaya, as well as 2.26 million shares held by her nephew, Sergei Tribunksky.
