In accordance with Section 8, Paragraph 3 of the contract between the head of the administration of Ufa city district, Bashkortostan Republic, and Mavlyev Ratmir Rafilovich dated March 22, 2022, the contract is subject to termination in case of loss of access to state secrets. It was previously reported that measures against Mavlyev, who was detained on bribery charges, were changed from home arrest to a ban on certain actions.
