Tonight, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation continued to launch strikes against Ukrainian ports used for delivering supplies to the Ukrainian military. Russian forces also hit four merchant ships in the Black Sea ports of Chernomorsk and Dnipro-Bugsky that were transporting goods intended for the Ukrainian army.
