The Ministry of Education and Science also proposes banning participants in the olympiad, organizers of the olympiad, and members of all jury panels from bringing communication devices, electronic computing equipment, photo-, audio- and video-cameras, reference materials, written notes, and other means of storing and transmitting information into competition venues, except where specific educational subjects require otherwise.
