The kindergarten is located at Sormovskaya Street, 17a.
The building contains 12 groups, a multi-functional physical education and music hall, a room for developmental activities, medical facilities, and a kitchen.
Each of the three floors has a different color scheme, and interior walls feature bird-themed graphics.
The kindergarten has group play areas and two sports playgrounds on its premises.
The project was built under Moscow's Addressed Investment Program.
Social infrastructure development in the area has been ongoing since 2011.
Three kindergartens, a children's leisure center, and two sports complexes have already been built in the district since 2011.

The kindergarten uses domestically produced materials such as ceramic tiles, ceilings, doors, and engineering systems, all non-flammable and compliant with fire safety standards. The facade uses a ventilated facade technology with wooden decorative elements. — ntv
