Citizens of the Russian Federation residing abroad will be able to receive state services in a similar format to a Multi-Family Center (MFC). The first such project is being prepared on the basis of the 'Russian House' in Tashkent, said Vice Premier and Head of the Government of the Russian Federation's Office Dmitry Goryunov.
