Consensus

The Palace of Veterans of the Special Military Operation will be built in Ekaterininsky Park in Moscow.
The project is based on the renovation of the Social-Rehabilitation Center for War Veterans.
The renovation of the center began in January 2026.
The reconstruction of the center is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2027.
The park's improvements, including a boathouse, amphitheater, family center, and sports facilities, are expected to be completed by the end of 2016.
The facility will include medical rehabilitation services such as physiotherapy, kinesiotherapy, and fitness halls.
The center will offer creative workshops, libraries, music and dance studios, and spaces for cultural events.
The project emphasizes flexible, daily and short-term programs to allow veterans to remain engaged with work and family.
The complex will be equipped with high-tech medical and rehabilitation equipment.
