In Russia, a strategy for the development of digital platforms will be developed in 2027. In the course of working on the strategy, the Higher School of Economics, the Ministry of Economic Development, and the Federal State Statistics Service, jointly with the expert council at the government, will organize monitoring of the use of digital platforms.
