Reconstruction of the breast after removal of a malignant tumor is included in the program of high-tech medical assistance and is provided in Moscow free of charge via the OMS insurance card, said Igor Khatkov, chief oncologist of the capital and director of the A.S. Lohinov National Medical Research Center named after A.S. Lohinov, to RIA Novosti.
