A rest area by the water has appeared at Bolshoy Chernyovsky Pond in the capital district of South Butovo.

In recent years, significant improvements have been made in Southern Butovo, including the introduction of surface metro and planned opening of the Suncevo–Butovo–Warsaw Highway.
Social infrastructure has been renovated or newly built, and the renovation program in the area is complete.
Moscow has supported urban improvement projects in 14 Russian federal subjects since 2020.
