Turkey may transfer the S-400s it purchased from Russia to a third country in order to return to the US F-35 fighter program, according to Hürriyet. Turkey is close to resolving the issue with Russian surface-to-air missile (SAM) systems, which led Washington to exclude Ankara from the fifth-generation fighter jet program and impose restrictions under the Countering America's Adversaries Through Sanctions Act (CAATSA), reports Hürriyet citing unnamed sources.
