The United Aircraft Corporation (OAK) is a Russian aerospace corporation operating under Rostec and involved in the development and production of aircraft such as the MS-21 and Yak-130M. It has agreed to supply 90 MS-21 aircraft to Aeroflot, with contract signing expected imminently, while also planning the remotorization of 50 SSJ-100s with domestic engines at an estimated cost of 115 billion rubles, financed by airlines. The company's stock has declined by 46.7% over the past year.
